Delivery policy

Product delivery time

• Orders from overseas will be shipped by EMS or DHL. Usually ships within 4-5 days. Please note that shipping may be delayed depending on the bank holiday or unexpected situation.
  (Orders during the year -end and New Year holidays will be shipped more than one week later than usual because of the year -end and New Year holidays.)
• If you order from overseas, EMS and DHL require a recipient phone number. Also, you cannot ship to US base or private book boxes, so please specify another address.
• We are not responsible for the delay after shipping.

Import tax and related charges

Necessary fees other than the product price:

• In the case of overseas shipping, shipping costs will be charged separately from the product price.
• Taxes in each country will be charged separately. Please note that import tax, VAT and related fees will be borne by the customer.
