2. Security
Security technology to protect personal information
When providing personal information from customers, secure sockets (SSL) is an encryption technology, in preparation for unauthorized access by third parties during communication. We have encrypted personal information using layer) or similar security technology to ensure safety. In addition, in order to prevent leakage, diversion, and alteration of personal information due to unauthorized access by third parties, we take firewall installation, measures against computer viruses, and other reasonable security measures to ensure the safety of our customers' personal information.
How SSL (secure sockets layer) works
SSL conducts electronic security-related communications (digital authentication and digital signatures) between us before sending personal information, and after mutual authentication, data is transmitted. In this case, our interactions with customers will be disrupted by random numbers, and mistransmission to third parties who try to steal data by impersonating the customer will be prevented.
Furthermore, information transmitted through SSL is encrypted using two types of encryption methods: public key cryptography (RSA) and common key cryptography (private key cryptography). You will need an electronic "key" to decipher this information. Even if the information is intercepted by a third party, it is impossible to decrypt the encrypted information without the correct key. Although the types of keys are limited, it is extremely difficult for a third party to decipher the information, as it takes a long time to experiment with all the keys in order and reach the correct key even when working computers and other computers.
